Optimum Intake Dietitian’s started out in 2007 on the NSW Central Coast, we have since grown to be a team who offer both in home, from our nutrition clinics and support online through telehealth. We have four main streams of services – Nutritional Health Clinics, Nutrition and Disability, Community Aged Care Nutrition and Residential Aged Care Nutrition. Having the flexibility to offer our services remotely / online allows us to delivery nutritional services across Australia.
